• We currently only ship to the UK, but we hope to change this in the future.

When will my order arrive?

• We have a turn around packing time of up to 7 working days, we ship with Royal Mail and once the parcel has left us and with the Royal Mail orders should be received within 48 hours.

Are your products vegan friendly?

• All of our products are cruelty free and vegan friendly. We also use 100% soy wax in our candles and all of our wax melts which means our wax products are better for both your health and for the environment. Our products that are made with plastic like our Snap Bars and Pretty Little Pots are made from recycled plastic and are recyclable.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

• We unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges. We only offer this if the products you received are faulty or incorrect. In the unlikelihood that you receive a broken wax melt we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product where it would be broken down in the future to be melted.

Why may there be some frosting on some of my wax products?

• As we use only 100% Soy Wax for our Snap Bars and Pretty Little Pots frosting is a completely normal when using 100% Soy Wax, frosting is caused when the wax is returning to its natural state, in all honesty it is a good sign as it is a sign that our products are used making 100% Soy Wax.

Why do my products look different to the one in the picture?

• This is because we make everything by hand in small batches in our studio, we like to keep things fresh by constantly changing and updating designs, the scent is not affected by the design at all.
